Light-Soaked A-Frame Close to Lake and Skiing

Welcome to the Oso A-Frame. Nestled in the pines in a quiet neighborhood in Lake Arrowhead. This stylish retreat boasts floor-to-ceiling windows full of light that brings the outdoors inside. Come enjoy hot cocoa by the wood fireplace, a morning coffee on the two decks, and views of the Socal mountains. This A-Frame has all the comforts and modern amenities for an unforgettable mountain getaway.

The space
On the main level is a spacious bedroom lined with knotty wood walls and a private balcony with views of the mountains (our favorite place to enjoy coffee.) Upstairs includes two bedrooms and a loft bedroom. On the main level and upstairs are two full bathrooms with tubs.

The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and is fully loaded with everything you need to cook a meal for your friends, family, and guests. It is also stocked with everything for your morning coffee. On the bottom floor is the game room complete with a pool table and darts. There is also a brand new laundry washer and dryer. The basement also includes a half bathroom.

The Oso A-Frame includes all the modern amenities we all love, including keyless entry, fast WiFi, a flatscreen TV, and central heating.

Flat parking and very few stairs (4 stairs at the entrance of deck) to enter the A-frame. This is particularly nice in the winter, when there is ice and snow, and things are slippery. The property has two flat parking spots to the side (left of the cabin), and two additional spots in the front.

Pets are welcomed on the property. The cabin includes an adjacent lot/forest (to the right) that is perfect for your dogs to stretch out.

The Oso A-Frame is conveniently located near everything that Lake Arrowhead has to offer. Between a hike at a nearby trail, a visit to the Lake Arrowhead Village, or time spent next to the fireplace - you won’t want to leave the Oso A-Frame.

The perfect getaway!

Brandons place was welcoming, comfortable, clean and just amazing. We had the best time as a family watching movies and enjoying a fire in the fireplace, cooking delicious meals in the kitchen and we had lots of play time in the basement converted to a game room. We will definitely stay here again in the future and recommend to friends and family! Thank you!

Perfect weekend getaway

We had a good experience overall. It was our first time and we had zero issues. When i had a question about trash brandon quickly replied via text. This is a great place for winter i bet. Has great views and friendly neighbors that we met a few times throughout our 4 day stay. The only thing i can say is that this place has no air conditioning and it can get a little hot with multiple people inside. Besides that we enjoyed the pool table downstairs, the barbecue grill outside, and the TVs to catch the first weekend of football. Thanks brandon for allowing my family to stay in your property.
