After fun-filled days on the water, cozy up by one of three fireplaces or enjoy a leisurely soak in the primary suite's jetted tub.

Vaulted beam ceilings soar in the light-filled living room, detailed with a 60-inch smart TV and a double-sided fireplace (also accessible from the dining area). Hours of fun await in the billiards room, configured with a full-size pool table. Additional highlights include a 60-inch smart TV, a fireplace, and a wet bar with a mini-fridge. Boasting expansive counter space and a commercial gas range, the kitchen is fitted with dual sinks and a dishwasher. Serve appetizers at the kitchen bar for three, then gather together at the dining table for six. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi, board games, and a washer/dryer.

Kick back in a rocker on the lake-view porch, or dine alfresco on the lake-view deck. Cookout with a view of the lakefront patio, featuring an alfresco dining space and a three-burner gas grill. The adjacent utility room holds a sink and a full-size fridge.

Situated on the quiet North Bay, this remarkable retreat is a 10-minute drive from waterside dining and shopping in Lake Arrowhead Village. Hit the links at the Lake Arrowhead Country Club (six minutes) or the slopes at the Snow Valley Mountain Resort (35 minutes).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location but be careful

While the location is wonderful as it is right on the lake, the advertising was wrong. When we booked it, the listing said 4 bedrooms, 4 baths. However, it was only 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. I am guessing there is an extra bedroom and bathroom in a guesthouse that we were not allowed access to. I would not have paid the price had I known we would be short an extra bedroom and bathroom. Also, for a house this expensive, they really should install air conditioning as it was quite unbearable during the day on the main level of the house even with the fans blasting.
