"The place is really nice, very relaxing, easy to work out of if you too. The disappointment was we were there 3 days for a local hospital medical treatment and had to wait for clearance call by 12:30 that we did not need to stay longer. Checkout was at 11am so we asked for a 12:30 checkout on a Thursday just 1 1/2 hr delay and were told no. The hotel was not full by any means in fact they didn't do the room the previous day until after 3pm so it should not have been a big deal and was very disappointing. Otherwise it was really great and would highly recommend if you were in the area."

"The property is great, very spacious, well appointed and has beautiful views of the harbor and surrounding mountains. It is very close to shops and great restaurants. My husband and I stayed comfortably with our 3 adult sons, along with one son's fiancé and her 2 daughters (6 and 3)."

"The house itself was ideal for our group. Great neighborhood, perfect location. extremely well stocked kitchen, very nice of the property manager to provide TP/paper towels/spices. For a historic home, the bathrooms were nicely sized. The listing doesn't thoroughly explain it, but the rental is a duplex. If you had small children, you might not be happy with them having to go outside to get to their bedrooms. It is essentially two 2 BR homes, one obviously newer than the other. The primary home has not had a deep clean in some time. Cobwebs, mold in a shower, very dusty bookshelves. I spent 2 to 3 hours cleaning one afternoon in preparation for our guests. I would urge the homeowners to upgrade all of the bedding. I am fairly certain that there was not a comfortable bed on the property, all were old and very hard. The pillows were hard and the bedspreads a little tired looking. I must admit that given the obvious lack of deep cleaning, I questioned how frequently the bedding was washed.That said, this is a really great house with so much potential, and we thoroughly enjoyed its prime location and amenities. With just a little more effort, it would be perfect. "
