Family home between the Loire Valley and Sologne

Stay quietly, with family or friends, in a large renovated farmhouse of character located in Lailly-En-Val, which can accommodate up to 8 people.
The house has 4 bedrooms (one of which is on the first floor), 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen. The cathedral-roof living room and its mezzanine offer beautiful volumes and a pleasant feeling of space.
The private and fully fenced garden of 750 m², with a terrace of 90 m² is ideal for relaxing or sharing a meal on the barbecue.

The house is equipped for a comfortable stay in all seasons: heating with cast iron radiator providing soft heat, sheets, dish towels and bath mats are provided and wood is available.
The entrance is through the large terrace and gives you direct access to the dining/living area. A bench and coat area allow you to take off your shoes and make yourself comfortable when you enter.
The semi-open kitchen and its snack area, in front of the entrance, combine the useful and the pleasant for your breakfasts or cooking-aperitif moments.
On your left you have access to the first floor bedroom and its bathroom.
The dining area opens onto the living room, its cathedral roof, a large sofa and the fireplace. The wooden staircase gives you access to a mezzanine TV/reading area with a very comfortable sofa.
Adjoining on the first floor are 2 bedrooms with a view of the garden, a large bathroom and then the large bedroom and its "king size" bed.

Travelers have access to all the rooms of the house except the garage/boiler room. All spaces are private, quiet and not shared.

You will find the beds made on arrival, we provide 2 dish towels for the kitchen and bath mats for the bathrooms.
If needed, Bath towels are extra at 10€ per person for the whole stay.
When you leave, we ask guests to leave the kitchen area clean and remove used sheets. The rest of the cleaning will be handled by us.

Chambord, Blois or Cheverny, kayaking on the Loire and tastings in the vineyards of Cheverny, Muides sur Loire or Mareau au pré. Sancerre or Bourgueil are further afield.
Sologne, just a stone's throw away, offers vast landscapes of wild forests and more than 3,000 ponds (many of which are private). It is a beautiful region for nature observation, cycling, visiting red brick villages or spending the day in a relaxing area such as Center Parcs Sologne (40 minutes by car).
