The lack of hospitality is staggering. Unlike other locations where the front desk staff are genuinely kind and attentive, here it feels like an afterthought. The beds? They’re far from comfortable, With so many other options available, there’s simply no reason to settle for this subpar experience. This is the only property I will actively avoid in the future. Don’t make the same mistake I did—choose somewhere else for a better stay and kinder experience! "

After half an hour of listening to what sounded like a buffalo stampede we called the front desk. They intervened after two more calls. Very disappointed in the stay here. "
