Clean unit. Newly remodeled. Air conditioning worked very well. This unit is pool side and walks directly onto the pool deck and beyond the wall is the beach, so very close to both. Beach chairs were nice to use. Unit location is close (walkable) to coffee shop, bakery, ABC store, food truck park, other small shopping areas. Easy access. Single parking spot provided per unit. Would stay at this unit again.

We had a wonderful time at this condo! Beautiful sunsets and sea turtle sightings every day And the condo was clean and had everything we needed including really nice beach chairs. Would return!

Beautiful property

We were blown away by the view from out patio!! Steps from the pool AND the ocean! My kids took full advantage of the pool and snorkeling gear. We were conveniently located to lots of beaches.

20 steps from the beach!

Nicely renovated with cute decor. We loved the proximity to the beach. Hosts were helpful and accommodating. Our only concern was that the 2 bedrooms are not air conditioned. If you and your family are okay with a consistent 81 degrees Fahrenheit all day and all night in bedrooms, then this is perfect for you.

Amazing location and great amenities

We stayed for spring break 2025 with our college students. Perfect location. Parking was great. Well appointed unit. We wanted for nothing. Comfortable beds and ac in the family area too. We loved it.

Best Property

This property was not only clean it was updated and provided many extras! It is literally 20 steps to the beach and 10 steps to the pool. I highly recommend. You will not a whale tour if you stay here. we say many whales from the Lanai.

Perfect spot for a family

We’ve stayed at the Nohonani several times before - but the first time in unit 102. What’s nice about this place is that it’s close enough to all the stuff in Kaanapali, but you’re not fighting everyone in the resorts all the time. 102 is really well remodeled and super clean. Has all the stuff you need for a great stay. Loved being on the ground floor - walk right out the door to the beach and pool. Highly recommend the Nohonani - and this (in our opinion) is one of the best units there we will try and reserve this unit again when we return to Maui.

Awesome as always

This was perhaps my 15th stay at Nohonani. My first one in 102. The owners have done a very nice job of upgrading the place. I have not had a bad stay here. The private beach and pool make for a safe, quiet stay. I highly recommend this condo.

Great stay on Maui

Well maintained and comfortable unit. Grounds and pool in great condition. Kitchen stocked with all utensils needed except no shot glasses. Location met our needs as we were visiting friends. Definitely stay here again.

Amazing unit

Beautiful condo inside and out! Vers well equipped and maintained. Right on the beach. It was so cool waking up in the morning watching the sea turtles and crabs doing their thing. The unit is so nice that even when it rains you feel like you’re not missing anything staying in and watching the ocean. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Maui!

Wonderful!

Nicely updated space. This is our 2nd time at Nohonani, but our first time in this unit. Unit 102 is a great! Clean space and as described. My kids favorite place to stay.

Paradise

We had 10 days of wonderful, relaxing family time and this was the perfect place to stay! The unit was clean and just as the photos described. My kids enjoyed the pool and being steps from the ocean. We saw multiple sea turtles on the beach area & beautiful fish while snorkeling. We had a flight change on the last day so I messaged the property management and they made extending our stay a breeze. My family is already planning our next stay!

Stay for a Wedding

Overall this unit was a 10/10! The location is amazing! Makes it so easy to access pool & beach. Maybe I missed some instructions about doors or switches, and what to do, lol but it was a good place to stay overall. Truly will be back!

Amazing condo and location

Such a lovely stay! The condo is beautiful and being on the ground floor right next to the pool was great for our kids. There is a lovely little beach right out front with sea turtles swimming, amazing sunsets and easy swimming in the ocean. Comfy beds, cools off due to breezes. Surprisingly quiet given how close we were to.the pool. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, right next to the water

My wife and I and our friends really enjoyed this location. It was a 10-step walk to the pool and another 15 steps to a private sandy beach and beautiful ocean. The house itself was clean, well laid out, and was plenty of room for the four of us. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, especially with all of the windows open to get a nice breeze. The location is within walking distance of a few restaurants and shops and only a short mile or two drive to groceries and many other restaurants. The residents we met out by the pool were very friendly and the entire complex is quiet throughout the day and night. We thoroughly enjoyed the time we were there and plan to stay at the same location in the future.

Such a relaxing stay

This condo was perfect! Everything was so neat and tidy, and we appreciated the modern renovations. Like many other guests, we were wondering how comfortable we would be with no AC, but it was not an issue at all. There were plenty of fans, and the ocean breeze kept the place very comfortable. We had wonderful weather during our stay that provided great conditions for swimming and snorkeling right outside the condo. The building and grounds were also very well kept, and the pool was lovely. The only fault we found was that all of the pots and pans were scratched so much that we didn't feel comfortable using them. Understandable with nonstick in a vacation rental, and luckily there are many places to eat within a short distance from the unit. All in all, this was one of my better vacation stays, and I would definitely return here with my family in the future.

Beachfront

The property suited our needs for this stay. Highly recommend getting groceries at Walmart or Costco which are both on the way from the airport. There’s also Safeway, Whole Foods, etc. We were close to great restaurants with a variety of menus. The best part was access to a small beach area, and having accessories provided by this location. Watching the turtles play or being able to snorkel from the condo couldn’t be beat. The condo was redone at some point. Overall it was nice and met our needs. There were a few spots where flooring was broken or slid under our feet. We would recommend this location.

Beautiful place

This was a lovely place to stay. It was so nice to just walk out the lanai and onto the beautiful beach. We had turtles grace us a couple times during our stay. Our family snorkeled right outside our lanai. If you have binoculars you can whale watch fairly easily. The beds were comfortable and hearing the waves right outside your bed at night was very relaxing. One of the members of my party gets really hot at night so consider this when booking as there is no AC but plenty of fans.

Great vacation

Condo was comfortably furnished. We were nervous about no A/C, but definitely didn't need it with the fans and cross breeze. Loved that the beach and pool were right outside the door. We saw many whales from the patio. Conveniently located to shopping. Great time!

Family gathering

Enjoyed the lani and pool deck. Other members of the family were in other units, so it was a great gathering place. Because of the time of year not much sun on pool deck till much later in the afternoon. Great place, would book again.
