Noelani 114 is a Studio condo located on the first floor featuring amenities such as panoramic ocean views, a private lanai, and air conditioning. The condo can accommodate up to 2 guests with a queen-size bed. The spacious main living area includes Hawaiian-themed furniture and a large flat-screen TV. A queen sleeper sofa is included in the living space for additional lounging. There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort.

Unwind with a queen-size bed and a split A/C unit. The updated bathroom features an oversized walk-in shower. This unit features a private Lanai with a dining table for 2. Dine al fresco on the lanai and enjoy the partial ocean view. A dining table for 2 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The remodeled kitchen features granite countertops and a beautiful tile backsplash.

The Orchid Building includes a complimentary, shared laundry facility on the ground floor. Please note that there is only 1 parking stall per unit and there are no resort or parking fees.

The Noelani Resort is an oceanfront boutique resort in a highly desirable area in West Maui. Situated between a private estate and the sandy beach known as "S" turns, Noelani is described by many as a charming, low-key, hidden treasure. Enjoy snorkeling and swimming with turtles just steps from this condo. During the winter months, you might catch a peak at the Humpback Whales as they tend to their young. This exceptional property sits atop 1.4 acres of well-maintained tropical landscape grounds with pools, jacuzzi, and barbecue grills.

Mold

Black mold on the entire back side of the slider door curtains, and on in bug strip along the entire the kitchen window. They refunded me no problem but then had to stay at whalers at twice the cost. Was lucky to find a place the day we checked in and immediately checked out. The expectation is a clean mold free unit.
