The room and overall facilities were fantastic. The view from the balcony is spectacular. All of the amenities looked brand new. Communication with the host was easy and prompt.It really was overall a fantastic stay.

Everything was amazing except the bed in the bedroom (the Murphy bed was fine). The bed was bowing in the middle and it was uncomfortable. Other than that, I could not say enough good things about this place!! Beautiful views, clean, and updated. They provided body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, dish soap, laundry detergent, lotion, and beach chairs. The check in process was easy and we were provided with all the info we needed for every detail. There is a Safeway and several restaurants within walking distance. Oh, they also had binoculars and we were able to see multiple whales from the Lanai. We also saw a sea turtle. I LOVED staying here.

Well maintained and clean with a beautiful ocean view. Nearby shopping and restaurants within walking distance. It's very secluded and quiet with easy highway access. The only thing we weren't happy with was the bed appeared very small for a queen size. We never opened the murphy bed but we feel it would be a bit tight in the living room for 4 adults, but it was perfect for 2 and would work well with children.We would recommend this condo if your visiting Maui.

Bedroom was tiny and bed was a full not a queen as advertised. Bed was not comfy. We both left with sore backs/necks. A/C did not work. Spent a lot of time trying to communicate with host to get it fixed. After four nights we were able to get a technician out to fix it. He verified it was not working. Room temperature was 80 degrees. Said output was a 4 when it should be at least 9. He also had to put in coolant. It worked for less than an hour before it broke again. Pool area is nice. Close to Safeway and a few restaurants was a plus. Overall disappointing. Would not recommend or come back.

Great location!

The condo was in a fantastic location, great views, nice pool, very clean! It was a lot smaller than it looks from the photos, but for the two of us it was fine. It was also stuffy in the bedroom (even with the fan) without any windows to open. Overall, it was a great place to enjoy Maui

Close to town with ocean front views

When Lahaina Shores Beach Resort’s (where we’ve stayed before) pool was to be closed for the duration of our stay we looked for another similar option. This place fit the bill. Very happy we picked this place. Only downside was no sandy beach access, but we knew that going in, and having a pool was more important. I’d also say this end of town has more traffic noise. However, overall very pleased and definitely would book again in the future!!

Great location, beautiful place

Wonderful location away from the major tourist bustle. Amazing view and sound of the ocean. A bit of traffic noise in the bedroom, but this didn't bother us and died down in the evening. As mentioned by others, the huge volume of texts and emails from "My Perfect Stay" was annoying, as were the signs in the unit about making sure towels are clean or risking a $200+ fee. But the important things about check in and check out were clearly conveyed and easy to manage. I would have appreciated having a choice about receiving all the communication about concierge, tour planning, reminders that my vacation was coming up, etc etc, which just felt like a sell and a hassle. But the place itself was great and I would stay again.

Great location on beach!

Condo was clean and well appointed, great location on front street. Recommend replacing the mattress in the bedroom. Not at all comfortable and it negatively affected our stay.

Gorgeous Location Close to Lahaina

Updated condo within walking distance to great restaurants and a Safeway. Saw whales from the balcony daily. Can’t beat rye view!

The Condo was very nicely upgraded. We have stayed at Lahaina Roads previously and like the setting. Would definitely recommend this property. Had a wonderful vacation.

Perfection

So this was a spur of the moment hop over to Maui and I found this gem. Drifting asleep and waking to the sound of the waves is therapeutic! 5 star eateries within a short walk. Shhh don’t tell anyone about this spot

Spectacular View!!!

Celebrated my birthday in this paradise!!! Pictures don’t do it justice. Property and view are stunning. Great view of pool, sunset… just absolutely unbelievable. Host has thought of everything from the kitchen supplies to all gear needed for the beach. Have already shared this listing with others. Loved the ability to sleep on the comfy Murphy bed with the slider open and waves going. Would love to come back!!!

Beautiful view.

Positives: View was beautiful; pool was warm & clean; room itself was clean; kitchen was nice, new & fully stocked w/ supplies (including ice); shower was wonderful; location was close to Starbucks, Safeway, gas & a handful of food locations; check-in/out process was easy; room appearance accurately matched photos online; nice welcome gift bag was provided (we used the free calamari coupon -thank you!). =5/5 Negatives: (1)Construction was going on in the room above us for several hours, 2 days in a row. The drilling, hammering & sanding was so loud that we couldn’t hear ourselves talk & had to leave the room. (2)Parking garage is very tight & full of cement pillars which make it almost impossible to get in/out of your car, especially at night when it’s full. We had to get out of the car & unload it before my husband could pull in the space (carefully) each night. =4/5 (we know these items couldn’t be helped, but did affect our stay). Borderline (small issues-suggestions for the future): (1)We didn’t know there was a sensor on the sliding glass door that automatically turned off the AC units when the door wasn’t fully shut, so the first two nights were very hot & muggy in the room. We messaged the property manager & learned about it, then made sure the door remained fully closed & resolved the problem. Our fault for not messaging sooner to ask, but perhaps a page in the binder with FAQ’s would be helpful for future guests. (2)Several signs say to prevent bringing sand in the unit. We’re neat freaks & always clean up after ourselves anyway, so we tried looking for a broom to sweep & reduce the sand being introduced, but were unable to locate one. Messaged the manager about it & were informed a broom & dustpan would be brought, but it never arrived. Perhaps one could be left in the room in general for guests to use. (3)Signs in the bathroom warm that any stains from makeup, sunscreen etc on the white towels may result in a fine & recommend using the black “towels.” The only black “towels” provided were wash cloths.. which helps makeup (though I use makeup wipes myself) but not for drying off after the shower. Perhaps adding a set of black/dark colored towels to the room would help both sides. (4)Signs say not to hang anything on the lanai to dry & to hang everything in the bathroom. With 3 people hanging beach towels, bathing suits & regular (shower) towels, 2 towel bars fill up quick. Perhaps add towel hooks to the bathroom? =4/5

Wonderful place right on the water!

This location was great! We saw sea turtles every time we looked out the back doors and watched beautiful sunsets every night. We came with our 15 month old baby and we truly enjoyed ourselves! The location is perfect and Lahaina is a great place to stay if you don’t want to stay at a resort. 10 out of 10 for this place!

Lives up to the posting and then some!! Locale is epic. Beautiful sunsets every night!! Just outside of downtown Lahaina on the water… close enough to conveniences, and not in the middle of the busyness of the resorts up the road. My Perfect Stays, the included concierge service, can help with just about anything not already included in the condo. The unit has an easy to pull down Murphy bed which was perfect for our kids. Laundry in the unit. Also included with the rental were beach chairs and umbrella, snorkeling gear, and beach towels. The whole unit was completely updated recently. Simple kitchen conveniences; which was perfect for us - drip coffee maker, ice maker, Brita pitcher for filtered water, and classic vacation rental stocked book shelf. :) The complex had easy parking, an elevator, sweet pool for swimming (although I do wish there was access earlier than 9:00am for lap exercises), two convenient gas grills, pool toys, and plenty of lounge chairs. Beautiful rental for celebrating, relaxing, working remotely, or whatever floats your boat. Mahalo for sharing your slice of paradise!!

Great location.

Great location. Clean and had everything we needed. Rental company My Perfect Stays was helpful assisting us with issue with next door unit. The smoke detector in that unit was chirping keeping us up at night. Manager at complex Andy was also very helpful. Will stay here again.

Wonderful View!

This is a very clean and well stocked condo. The view from the lanai is amazing! It is located close to Safeway and several restaurants within a 5-10 min walk and the Shops of Lahaina Town & Banyan tree is a 20 min walk away.

The location was amazing & the views were spectacular! Just know there's NO AIR CONDITIONING!!

Pretty satisfied except for the no A/C issue. Also, the property is quite dated & we had some minor issues like the tub wouldn't hold water. But the property was clean.

What a View!

The best part of this condo is the magnificient, ocean front view! We loved sitting on the lanai, watching the turtles and seeing whale spouts. The unit itself needs a gut job. The kitchen cupboards are falling apart and the step to get into the tub/shower makes it a hazard for the golden age generation (probably 15 inches or more). There are no windows in the bedroom and it’s a hodgepodge of furniture. It was a squeeze for the 4 of us(2 kids) -suitcases were always in the way, not enough drawers for clothing and it was easier to just leave the murphy bed down than fold it up everyday. Of course, that left us squeezing past the bed to get out on the lanai. Update this unit and you have a winner.

We highly recommend our Lahaina Roads condo via Parker at MyPerfectStays. Everything was wonderful!

We came from Wisconsin to meet our daughter in Maui who flew in from Australia after being separated for 18 months. We wanted to stay on the ocean with a porch to enjoy sunsets to catchup. It was a wonderful week within walking distance to a grocery store, beaches & the shopping in Lahaina. Our condo was perfect for us! It had so many pleasant appreciated amenities from the welcome gift that included a shopping tote, sample coffee, nuts & discount coupons to the availability of beach towels, hair dryer & washer/dryer etc for our use while there. Loved hearing the ocean waves & seeing the sea turtles. Perfect location & perfect stay!! We hope to be back soon! Mahalo!!
