Beautifully remodeled 1bd garden view condo

Paki Maui 319 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo located on the third floor with wonderful garden views from your lanai and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, bringing natural light into the condo. The condo does not have air conditioning. The condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a Queen bed in the bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa bed in the living room. The remodeled bathroom is equipped with a large walk in shower. Enjoy preparing meals at home with a fully equipped updated kitchen. Dine al fresco on the lanai with a dining table for 4 and the lush garden surrounding you. A dining table for 3 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows.

Paki Maui features an oceanfront pool, hot tub, BBQ grills with picnic areas, and a coin-operated laundry facility. There are no resort or parking fees at the resort. Paki Maui is a five-story oceanfront resort located on the West side of Maui between Ka'anapali and Kapalua areas. Paki Maui is in the neighborhood of Honokowai with shopping, restaurants, and beach rentals across the street. Within a short drive check out Whaler's Village Shopping Center where you can enjoy many dining options and entertainment. There are golf courses and putting greens available in Kaanapali and Kapalua.

bei der Begrüßung wurden wir abgewiesen ohne zuschauen ob es stimmt, sehr unfreundlicher Empfang leider sehr hellhörig, der Straßenlärm kommt durch, der Brunnen im Innenhof wird oft vergessen abzustellen, man benötigt unbedingt Ohrstöpsel das Quartier war alles super, genau wie beschrieben, direkt am Meer, traumhafter Ausblick

Great stay!

Paki Maui unit 319 was a great stay! The unit was clean and had everything we needed to cook breakfast and also included beach gear (towels, snorkeling, body boards). The lanai was nice view of garden and provided a cool breeze in unit. Location was good near lots of food options and drove to lots of other beaches. Downfall was stairs down to beach (rocky beach not good for swimming) we’re under repair.

Listing lies...Dirty with bugs, Didn't have WiFi, Didn't have TV

Listing said there is WiFi and tv. This was a lie. Managemt would not fix any issues. Said they were working on the countless issues but didn't fix anything. Bugs everywhere! Had friends staying in the same area at the same time and didn't have any bugs...this issue is specific to thos listing. Access to the beach was closed off. If you want poor service, a lack of promised amenities, bugs everywhere in a good location I'd suggest this property

The actual property was good And very clean. The bad thing about this rental is that is next to residents that lives year round And unfortunately our next door Neighbors fight the whole week we were there! Yelling and slamming doors all night even physically fighting it was horrible.
