Welcome to Luana Garden Villa 15D, your personal slice of paradise located on the upper floor of building 15 in Enclave Three at the prestigious Honua Kai Resort & Spa in Kaanapali, Maui. This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa offers 2,047 square feet of luxurious living space, with a 521-square-foot lanai overlooking the secluded pool area. The lanai features a private outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ, providing the perfect spot to relax and enjoy Maui’s stunning sunsets.

Designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, Villa 15D offers two primary bedrooms with king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms with glass-walled walk-in showers. The third bedroom also includes a king-size bed, which can be converted to two twin beds upon request. The third bathroom has a bathtub and shower, making this villa ideal for families or groups traveling together. The living room features a queen-size sofa sleeper, providing additional sleeping space for your guests.

As a guest of Honua Kai Resort, you’ll have full access to the resort’s seven pools, waterslide, hot tubs, fire pit areas, and all the amenities of this 4-diamond rated resort. After a day of adventure, retreat to your private lanai to relax and unwind in style.

Luana 15D also includes a private garage with additional parking for a second vehicle and an electric vehicle charging station. Inside the villa, you’ll find high-end finishes and amenities, including flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedrooms, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. There are several Viking Professional gas BBQ grills at each, along with grill lights for evening cooking. 🌺Dukes Beach House: Located right on Kaanapali's North Beach, Duke's Beach House offers an authentic Hawaiian dining experience while paying homage to the restaurant's namesake, legendary Hawaiian surfer Duke Kahanamoku. The restaurant serves a variety of fresh, locally sourced foods for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, & offers live music on a regular basis in its bar area. It is highly recommended that you make a reservation in advance as this is a popular dining option at the Honua Kai Resort.

🌺 Whaler's General Store - Conveniently located in the Konea lobby, Whaler's General Store conveys the essence of old Hawaii with a modern twist. Here you will find not only great Hawaii gifts and souvenirs, but also snacks, toiletries, and everything else that will make your stay in Hawaii enjoyable and memorable. The selection of gifts, toys, food, and drinks will make sure you don't miss anything - or anyone - on your list! Start your morning off right by grabbing a fresh cup of coffee or muffin. As well as iced & hot drinks, there is also a variety of options on offer such as bubble tea, tropical juices, frappes and lattes, and smoothies, to name a few.

🌺 Fitness Center - Located in the Konea tower, the Honua Kai Fitness Center is available only to Honua Kai guests. Fitness Center machines include stationary bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, strength training machines, and free weights.

PARKING: Each Villa has their own private 1-car garage with additional space for another vehicle in the driveway. Additional free self parking is available throughout the resort in the above ground parking areas. Valet parking is available at both resort towers.

BEACHES: Beaches in Hawaii change size from month to month due to the surf, currents and tides. Beaches may be larger, smaller or nonexistent depending on the current season and conditions.

OCCUPANCY: This Rental Property may be occupied by no more than 8 persons. All persons: Adults, children and infants count toward the total number of occupants - no exceptions.

By booking this condo, you agree that you understand all Honua kai on-site facilities and amenities may not be available during your stay & Maui Westside is not responsible for how this or any other unexpected occurances may affect your stay including but not limited to; inconvenience from construction, noise, traffic, limited parking, or neighboring guests.
