Maui Vacation

The view was fantastic and we enjoyed our stay! Close proximity to shops, dining, food trucks, and a grocery store. Fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, and balcony looks directly out to the Pacific Ocean.

Fabulous location - stayed 3 wks. - no cleaning provided during stay or resupply - cockroach infestation in kitchen cabinets - mgt. sprayed - poor internet with sluggish speed (owner does not provide internet so must use Aston Resort service) - master bedroom mattress needs replacement - linens average quality - would stay again but would seek better price

Great Maui property with amazing oceanfront location

Nicely maintained property with all the comforts of home! The location is hard to beat, steps from the beach and the lanai looks out directly to the ocean. Parking is also very close to the unit which was so handy for coming and going. The unit is nicely decorated and very cozy, plenty of space for our family of 5.

Stunning Condo

Absolutely stunning property. There are so many things to do within walking distance and anything else is a quick drive down the road. We had a small snag with the door lock code upon check in, but it was resolved in less than an hour. The area can get slightly noisy at night as there’s a public beach next door, but 10/10 would recommend!!

Extraordinary

Condo was absolutely perfect! Beautiful ocean view. Loved sitting on the deck watching all the whale activity.We will definitely book this condo again. We arrived and the only issue was the 2 twin beds weren’t converted to a king bed. We called and the next day someone came to convert it. We also were able to check in early and for a small fee were able to check out late as our flight wasn’t until late evening.

Excellent Location and View

This condo far exceeded our expectations with regard to the location and the view. We were looking forward to morning coffee on the deck watching and listening to the waves outside our balcony. We had no idea we had THE front row seat to it all! Hearing the waves all night long was so relaxing. We could see and hear it all from not only the balcony, but our bedroom. This property is very well maintained - looks to be recently updated. We had all the amenities we needed and plenty of room for our family of 4 to be on vacation together and not on top of one another. Everything we wanted to do (swim, snorkel, walk the beach) was literally right out our door. (Beach chairs and boogie boards even provided.) We have already decided to stay here again when we visit Maui. Thank you so much for providing such a beautiful place for us to vacation!!!

Maui Getaway.

The property had a great location…just a few steps to the beach. We rested to the sound of the ocean every night and woke up to it every morning. Breakfast on the lanai was incredible as were the sunsets. Walking distance to food, groceries, beach supplies and everything you need. A bit more instruction on use of the amenities as well as departure expectations would have been helpful…parking/towels, and dishes, laundry etc. would be helpful. But not a big deal. We would definitely stay again.

Ocean Front Property was Outstanding!

We loved our stay at this unit. Everything about it was terrific! The unit was very clean, the linens and towels of good quality, and the kitchen is well equipped. The unit feels very roomy. The location is incredible! The balcony overlooks the beach with just a walkway between the building and the beach. It was so wonderful to be able watch the ocean and listen to the crashing waves! Also, the snorkeling in the ocean right in front of the unit was awesome! We would definitely want to stay here again if we return to Maui

Condo Exceeded our expectations

First time doing a condo in Hawaii & with Vacasa. View was amazing! Loved hearing the waves from our bedroom. Condo worked perfect for our family, everything we needed. Perfect location, could walk to grocery store. Had issue with air conditioning, it was fixed right away during the holiday.

View is everything

This is a great property! We've stayed at Ka'anapali Shores before and like it because of the amenities and location, but this unit was amazing. The view is even better than pictures can capture. We had everything we needed in the unit, and super close store and food options for anything we wanted. We were there during the storm, so the weather was hit or miss, but being able to listen/watch the waves regardless of the weather made the trip. The sunsets were amazing, and we saw a huge turtle floating around in front of the balcony on our last day :)

Amazing Stay!

Fantastic property! Stunning views, listen to the ocean while you fall asleep, fun beach - even managed a bit of surfing on a small wave out front. Great unit for families ( we are a family of 5). Lots of space, and everything you need. Highly recommend this property.

Great condo, property management company not so great…

First, let me differentiate between the condo and the management company. The condo was great, views were amazing. It was clean and as described in the listing. All of our issues were with the communication and lack of attention to detail by the management company. 1. We were not told that we had to get a parking pass from the front desk of the hotel. We had to figure that out the first morning we tried to leave the parking lot. Also, the condos are not part of the hotel and the hotel staff makes it very clear that they do not want to deal with the condo renters. 2. Under “included amenities” the listing included the gym. In fact, we chose this condo over another because the other listing showed a price to use the gym each day and this one showed it as included, which covered the additional cost of this condo over the other. This was another communication error, gym cost WAS NOT included. 3. Day 2 of our vacation we come back from the beach to find a strange man in our condo. Apparently the washing machine was broken and he was a repair man. We were not notified by the management company that a repair person would be there. We were very happy that our teenager daughter had not been in the condo alone when he entered. He stated that the washing machine was broken and another could be installed the following day. We were booked for 9 days and chose and condo so we could wash clothes and not pack so heavily. 4. After no new washing machine was installed the following day, we finally called the management company back (hadn’t heard from them), only to find out that the owners had to procure the new washing machine and it would not be delivered until AFTER we leave. We then escalated the situation to a supervisor (Corey) who promised to check to see if he could get us into another unit. Never heard back from him! We did laundry in the sink for our entire trip, we didn’t want to spend any of our time on Maui in a laundry facility! Which is the reason we rented a unit with a washing machine… 5. “Corey” stated that we would get a $225 credit for our trouble. That was the only follow through that actually happened on the property management’s part. I’m sure 99% of the time, when you rent a Vacasa managed property, everything is great. However, if you have any issues during your stay, this is when their complete lack of customer service becomes a huge issue. We will never stay in a Vacasa managed property again.
