"It’s a nice clean convenience hotel"

"This is a great little budget friendly hotel with a spectacular view. My room was large with a balcony overlooking the central valley. I arrived before check in, but my room was ready, so I had immediate access. The folks running the hotel were kind and courteous and arranged a 6:00 am pick up so I could get to the airport. I was only there for an afternoon and overnight so didn't use the pool but others seemed happy with it. There is a restaurant within a 5 minute walk. I didn't explore the area, but chose the place for a short, peaceful stay with a view, and it delivered. It's about 25 minutes to the airport. Please, if you book, realize it's a family run hotel and not a 5 star resort. "

"We loved our stay, the room was clean, the staff were very helpful and directed us to restaurants which had wonderful foods and service. Breakfast at the Hotel was also a great experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience."

"Nice restaurant slightly expensive. Breakfast was good but bacon would have made it much better than cold ham slices. Room is good but needs a recliner. Only has a desk chair - not that comfortable while in room waiting. Staff very friendly and some had excellent english. Shuttle from and to airport much appreciated. "

"It was a nice and clean room. And a nice hot tub we did use privately. We book a transfer from airports, and two tours. It was perfect. They take care of us very well. "

"The room was nice, big enough, excellent view, great shower. You feel like you are in the jungle. Saw birds, monkeys, and much more. Great hiking trails. Enchanting place. "

"The Hotel del Rio was absolutely amazing. The staff was super helpful in all regards from event planning to dining to recommendations on sights to see etc. The rooms were very clean and modern. Every morning they asked about whether we wanted service or not. The on site amenities were very diverse from sports to spas. Even our kids did not get bored. Lots of trails for walking. The rooms were very private as well, I am not sure I saw or heard another guest except for at the restaurant. Would recommend to anyone and would stay there again if in the area. One of the best places we have stayed on vacation. "
