Our recently renovated and refurnished cottagette offers old world charm combined with all the comforts of coastal living. Perfect for a couple, solo traveler or small family, the property comfortably sleeps 4 in a one-bedroom cottage in a quiet hillside neighborhood of North Laguna Beach. This well-appointed space offers a new full kitchen and bathroom. Enjoy a private, whimsically landscaped courtyard for morning coffee, sunbathing or dinner under the stars. North Laguna beaches, hiking trails, grocery store and restaurants are a 5-minute walk from the property. 15-minute walk to downtown, art festivals, restaurants and more. Our property has been in the family for over 40 years. The owner used her education in art history and passion for Mediterranean design and architecture to create a peaceful and artistic sanctuary for family, friends and guests. Enjoy elevated style and privacy at this local gem.

30-night minimum stay per vacation rental requirements with the City of Laguna Beach. Guest details and qualifications are verified prior to accepting a booking. To keep our beloved neighbors happy and comfortable, we do not allow pets, large events, or loud parties. Strict quiet hours are from 9PM-9AM daily
• Please note - This is not a handicap accessible home. If you or a loved one visiting the home has any mobility restrictions, this may not be the right rental property for you. We take safety very seriously and want to ensure that all our guests are comfortable and don't get hurt.

Welcoming host, very clean place conveniently located near dining, shopping, and just a very short walk to the beach. Beautiful ocean views ! Staying here is a must.
