Come experience living in beautiful Three Arch Bay! Our home is located in a gated community, steps from a private beach in Laguna Beach. The community is safe and full of charm, a true slice of paradise. The beach is very well maintained and offers volleyball courts, clean bathrooms, tide pools, the iconic “three arches”, life guard during summer months, and an ideal spot to sunbath and swim. Our beloved home is a true beach cottage, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, office, living room, family room, and kitchen. Ocean views from the main level, watch the sun set over Catalina Island while eating dinner around a large farmhouse table. Each bedroom has a large closet and dresser storage for your usage. Bathrooms include bed linens and towels. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking appliances and dinnerware/silverware/utensils/etc. The spacious backyard is fully enclosed and offers lots of privacy. Outdoor amenities include gas BBQ, smoker, large dining table for al fresco meals, gas fire pit with lounge furniture, large trampoline, mature trees (including year round fruiting avocado tree) and garden beds. Washer and dryer is located inside the garage, along with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, and surfboards. Parking is available in the driveway and street. Small well behaved dogs are welcome. Please be respectful to our neighbors, as they are long term residents and good people. Kindly mind community rules. Also included in the rental is house cleaning every 2 weeks by our regular house cleaners, Jerry and Stella.
