「This property is in a steep, pretty street near shops, restaurants etc. It appears to be under renovation so not really ready for holiday lets. The door out from the upstairs bathroom is off its hinges and there are various random items left there and in the downstairs passage. The kitchen equipment is rudimentary with no instructions for the hob and a broken oven door. The WiFi code was missing and the letting agency’s communication was contradictory and confusing, necessitating two taxi rides...

「Magnifique logement bien situé et original dans son design. Terrasses sur le toit avec superbe vue. Minuscules irritants dans l’équipement fournis: Pas de tire bouchon pour le vin. Pas de savon pour le lave-vaisselle, ni pour le lave linge, pas de sel et poivre... Des trucs généralement fournis dans ce type de logement à ce prix...」

「After checking in and receiving directions to this apartment, the staff member admitted they had never been to this rental before and couldn’t give us better or more specific instructions. It took us a while to find and once we did, we couldn’t park at the building because the lot required a parking code we didn’t receive. No problem we were only passing through for one night so we parked at the lot behind it and carried our suitcases because rolling them wasn’t possible due to the streets...

「We cannot tell you enough just how much we LOVED this property. Everything about it was amazing. The location, the host, the views, the space, the cleanliness and so much more. The host, Rui, is just the best. He took the time to explain everything to us, show us everything, left us a little welcome gift and bottle of wine, and so much more. The house is gorgeous and spacious and has a million dollar view. Lagos is beautiful and exciting. We will absolutely be back and look forward...
