The place is what it's looks like on the website, no running water to brush your teeth, no hot water to shower with, No good transport you have to book cab to get to nearest mall. The place is like a private family house doesn't look like a hotel

Worst experience ever Mosquitoes and crockcroach I couldn’t even close my eyes all thru the night. It shouldn’t be on Expedia for real The staffs were good. Tosin and Jean but the facility was just a write off for me. I don’t really wanna say much cos I like supporting Africans but this is all shades of wrote. If you are coming from abroad and you would like to stay here. Please take your shot. Thanks

Unfit for any human being, not fit for purpose. Should be shot down with immediate effects. Dirty beddings with blood. Broken ties not true pictures of what's online . (1) The room was very small (2) When you bath, water from the bathroom enters into the room (3) Customer Service was poor (4) In my booking receipt it was recorded that breakfast is included for two persons but I was given breakfast for only one person after much complain. (5) The room door cannot be locked from the inside hence if you happen to have a friend who usually steal but you are not aware of his or her thievery character, he or she can take your valuable belongings and leave when you are asleep since there is no avenue for the room door to be locked from inside.

Disastrous stay

The bathroom was tiny, water comes to the room when you shower, when i complained, they offer to change the room for a fee, which 8 refused to paid. I told them that i would do early checkout. Tge staff at the reception said it was ok, but tgey don't have my money, so they are not able to refund the unused nights, i have to contact hotels.com. when i did, Hotels.com said they've sent and email to the hotel for them to authorize the refund. When i contacted the hotel management, they said Hotels.com nor their reception told them the reason for my early checkout, so they didn't authorize it the refund. But the management said they would look into it again in light of what i told them. I'm yet to get a response. I am also disappointed at Hotels.com for not telling the hotel management the reason for my early checkout.

Affordable, rooms were clean, helpful and friendly staff(Andy at the reception was very helpful)..it’s also located in a Serene location which is also close to the airport.Only downside was the slow WiFi which barely worked.

What i liked most was the professionalism of most of their staff, Theresa, Mohammed. The lady that made us evening meal, the food was just average but we were happy for the efforts and hard work she put in for just a very short notice. just perfect, very well experienced, good customers services relations.
