Clean. Attentive staff..no frills boutique hotel. Sister hotel down the road has all the pizzazz..but if you are looking for a low key, safe abode in the hustle and bustle of Lagos..this is the place go be.

Needs Work
This hotel has the potential to be great yet a lot of issues came about in my stay. For one the claim to have an ocean view yet the ocean is so far out all you see are trees, and mud and horrible smell of manure. I gave them my bed sheet to wash for me, a bed sheet i just bought and came to that hotel with and the brought it back to me wet and then when i told the guy while he was there it was wet he took it back and brought it the next day fried! They left it in the dryer for so long that it friend my white bed sheet and left brown dryer marks on it. Instead of doing what a normal company would do by compensating me for the damage all they said to me was sorry! Sorry? thats not going to buy me a new bed sheet plus the inconvenience. Plus i hated the fact their bedding was filthy too and needs to be changed. I was locked out of the room because of the battery was dead in the door, the fridge didn't work, and to top it off i was supposed to get breakfast that was part of what i paid for and never received it. I was very disappointed and feel they have major work to do. Learn how to treat your customers. We pay for a good experience not the bad service i received.

Stuck in the middle
When I checked in my rsvp was canceled by Expedia for some reason , but the hotel still honored my rsvp with the copies I had til the nxt morning. Hotel tried the following morning to resolve the rsvp but was unsuccessful.. Then I was calling from out if the country on my cell phone 3x's and finely after 3 to 4 hrs it got settled.. can't wait fir my cell phone bill.. thanks to expidide I'm just happy hotel charges where finely taken care of at time of check out..

Terrible service, don't waste your money here
This hotel is a complete shambles! Rude staff and poor service. Breakfast selection is rubbish. Shower room does not drain properly. Wifi patchy. Restaurant manager argues with customer even though he's in the wrong. Complained to management but nothing was done. Don't waste your money here. Dissappointing stay.

Poor Service
Nice hotel but lacking in good customer service. Staff very rude and unhelpful. Limited breakfast options. Wifi is dodgy in some areas of the hotel.

Overall wonderful boutique hotel. Also high marks for the in- house Chef, restaurant, front desk and houskeeping staff for their attentiveness. I was never dissapponted. This is now my choice hotel for staying in Lagos.

Nice if you dont drink.
The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. The pool was clean with plenty of towels. Food and drinks service was very slow. Waiters could not get the food orders correct, they need more training. The price of drinks including alcohol was outrageous. If they reduced the drinks price I would stay there again.
