Apt. A Nice Home:
This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 3 storey newly finished private condominium in the sought-after area of Porto de Mós in Lagos.

The apartment is open plan from the kitchen terrace, with sea and pool view from the large terrace.

The living area has a 65-inch flat screen TV with Portuguese cable TV available and free wireless internet and seating for 5 on beige coloured sofas. There is a dining table with seating for 6 and the kitchen work tops also provide seating with 2 stools. There is also a sofa bed which sleeps one adult or two children, which increases the capacity of the apartment to four people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle and all other mod cons. The washing machine is tucked away in a cupboard on the kitchen terrace.

The kitchen and lounge terrace has a table with 4 chairs, 2 armchairs with a side table and a gas barbecue.

The bedroom is fitted with a double bed and the bathroom, which is located in the corridor, has a walk-in shower and rain shower head. Air con is fitted in in the bedroom as well as the living room, although with the breeze coming off the Atlantic, we doubt it will be required.

This newly finished private condominium consists of 5 blocks, all sharing large, free-form children's and adults pools, a small, yet serviceable gym and a sauna.

The charismatic town of Lagos is only 2.5km away and the stunning beach of Porto de Mós is less than 1.5km away. The closest mini market is 600m away and the closest hypermarket is less than 2km away.

This apartment is ideal for those looking for somewhere a little more special for their holidays.
