「This was the worst property I have ever stayed at, it was on a nicely kept complex grounds were nice however you went downstairs to it there were cockroaches, ants galore the lounge had been separated with a stud wall cutting out all natural light making the lounge so small it felt so claustrophobic with the lights out it was pitch black!! I did complain to the management company there was only 1 wine glass, the toaster only worked on one side, the pillows were so badly stained without any...

「Terrible stay. Was supposed to have 2 bedrooms- one if them Was locked. My friend and I were forced to sleep in the same single bed that was available. The management kept on saying they will resolve the issue but never called me back. Seems like a business of many apartments and listings, they don’t really keep track of what’s going on. The listing location in Hotels.com is wrong- it was way out of the center. 」

「Worst nights sleep ever!! The beds were the biggest issue and the main reason I would not recommend Wyndham Residences Algarve Carvoeiro. We expected a new 4-star hotel experience, but the bed was unbelievably hard. Genuinely the hardest and most uncomfortable hotel bed we have ever slept on. There was no topper or anything to soften it, and my back still hurts. Our friends had a separate room and had the same experience. None of us slept well. The room also got extremely hot. 「Es handelt sich um einer eher altes Haus mit nur der nötigsten Ausstattung. Das ist grundsätzlich auch kein Problem. Man hat mit Liebe versucht aus einem alten Haus das Beste zu machen.. es bleibt aber einfach ein altes Haus. Stühle beim Frühstück draußen leider sehr klapprig. Frühstück hat nicht die größte Auswahl aber man findet etwas. Sehr viele Wanderer, Surfer vor Ort. Abends teilweise in den Zimmer sehr laut von draußen.」

「Alljezurの町ではなくそこから約5km離れた高台の上に位置している。レンタカーをしている限り問題はないが、食事等にも車で出かける必要がある。 Lagosまで３０分は見ておく必要あり。大西洋に近いのでAlgarveが晴れていても霧がかかっていることが多い。 ホテルは施設的に２つ星のレベルで正しい。朝食は比較的充実している。」

「こじんまりとしたホテルですが、バス停からとても近く、わかりやすい場所にあります。ビーチやサグレス要塞までも歩いていくことができ、便利な場所でした。スタッフの方々はとても親切でした。部屋も清潔で、朝食もおいしかったです。オフシーズンでしたので、とてもリーズナブルな価格で宿泊でき、有難かったです。」

「Capella das Artes is een mooi gelegen complex op een oude olijvenperserij. De 30 kamers zijn wel relatie ver van de receptie aan een lange gang. Op het complex zijn veel tredes en ongelijke delen, dus minder geschikt voor mensen die slecht te been zijn. De kamers zijn schoon, functioneel ingericht, met eigen balkon of terras en schoonmaak is goed. We kregen gedurende de week dat we er waren echter geen schoon beddengoed. 「The rooms were clean and modernized. The breakfast was superb even for vegetarians. The pool was fabulous and clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. You can’t beat this location as it’s walking distance to everything you need.」

「Property was a short 5 mins drive out of Ferragudo centre. Also walkable in around 25 minutes its about 2km to town . If you just want the beach there is a lovely path through woods which takes about 5 mins to get there, but there are no facilities on the beach, if you want sun loungers its probably around 1km to walk along the beach until you come to these along with three restaurants. The Property itself is traditional very clean and tidy, quite small which we liked! perhaps 40 bedrooms max....

「We were at the end of a wonderful split trip that started with 4 nights in Lisbon followed by 4 nights in Salema (Algarve) with 2 final nights in Lisbon. We decided on the houseboat for the last two nights and so glad we did. Family if 4 with two teenagers. Great food and drink within a short walk, safe, clean, spacious and right on the water. Don’t miss live music at “Black Label” on the corner almost nightly. Great time and we’ll be back.」
