Experience a farm stay getaway here. A tranquil retreat surrounded by the stunning rolling hills of Mary Valley just 14 minutes from Gympie town, Gympie's Duckponds, and the Mary Valley Rattler, which runs through at lunchtime a couple of times a week.



If you are looking to go to the beach, Noosa beaches and Sunshine Coast beaches are just a 44-55 minute drive away from our charming little paradise.



The Space:

It is located in the rural locality of Lagoon Pocket in Gympie Region, Queensland. Nearby Amamoor State Forest and Gympie Music Muster are just a few of the attractions in the area. A comfortable accommodation set in a private shady spot 500 metres away from the main house, with easy access to water, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.



The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water by using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings, except for the horse paddocks, house yard, or swimming pool.

By public transport: No public transport is available directly from our property. We advise guests to travel by private vehicle.

- Firewood comes at an extra cost of $10 a bag

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- No smoking allowed inside or outside the tiny house

- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner come at an extra cost; by prior request from host

- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after your pet’s droppings/dirt

- Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out in courtesy of other guests

- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property

- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban

- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our cassette toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
