Spacious Pet Friendly 4-Bedroom Villa with Private Pool Near the Coast in Carvoeiro, Algarve



This amazing property is located just 2km from the golden beaches of Carvoeiro, the recently renovated villa in the peaceful Salicos area offers the ideal blend of comfort, style, and space for families and groups.



Designed with both relaxation and entertainment in mind, the villa sleeps 8 across 4 well-appointed bedrooms—with the option to accommodate up to 10 guests using a sofa bed (available at an additional fee).

The ground floor welcomes you with a generous entrance hall leading into a large bright, airy living room equipped with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom the second bedroom on this level is furnished with twin beds, perfect for kids or friends. An additional lounge area with international channels flows seamlessly into the open-plan kitchen and dining space—fully equipped for everything from light breakfasts to full family feasts. From here you will step outside through large patio doors onto the private terrace, where you'll find plenty of comfortable seating and sun loungers surrounding the large saltwater pool.

Upstairs, there are two spacious double bedrooms that share a modern bathroom one of these bedrooms has a private balcony. Also on this level there is a large sun-drenched terrace with views across the surrounding area.



Outdoor living is just as well catered for, with multiple shaded lounging and dining areas, a full outdoor kitchen and covered dining area featuring a wood-fired BBQ and gas stove, and even a separate WC for convenience. There's a raised garden with a pétanque (boule) court, table tennis, and generous space to relax or enjoy time together. Plus, you'll stay connected throughout your holiday with free Wi-Fi.



Other features include air conditioning throughout (with heating for winter stays), a safe for valuables, and private covered parking for up to four vehicles. With stylish interiors, thoughtful amenities, and generous outdoor space, this villa is the perfect coastal escape.

Estadia Villa das Nogueiras

Fantástica moradia, com todas as comodidades para passar umas excelentes férias, a zona da piscina e anexo de churrasco é muito bem pensado para convívio em família e aproveitar o bom tempo do Algarve. As camas são muito confortáveis e com AC em todas as divisões da casa com uma limpeza excelente. O estacionamento interior para até 3 carros agradou bastante também. Gostamos muito do serviço da AlgarveHolidayLets, recomendo. A única melhora que recomendo é uma renovação do WC do 1º Piso.
