"A CLN 109/110 tem um comércio local fantástico. Restaurantes, bares, padarias, lanchonetes, tabacarias, salões, lavandeiras, farmácias, sorveterias, pet shop. O apartamento é muito bom, limpo, confortável, seguro. Fica no segundo andar e não tem elevador. As escadas são amplas e seguras. Creio que tem janelas antirruído. Por ser num endereço comercial da asa norte o barulho não foi um problema. Estacionamento é um problema, mas transporte e acesso as principais vias de Brasília, é excelente. "

"O apartamento é bom, o contato com o administrador excelente, porém algumas coisas tem que ser consideradas: tive que falar de dois problemas de manutenção (ar condicionado, que não funcionava mais do que 3 horas direto, e a porta, que não se trancava automaticamente - acredito que o administrador resolva logo esses problemas; k maior desconforto para mim foi o fato do bloco ser o penúltimo, levando 1km com várias subidas para se chegar a pé. Pedir uver também é bem complicado, pois não pega bem...

"DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE! keep in mind this is not a regular hotel. If reservation is made with hotels.com or similar you have to call and go through another check in process online which makes it very inconvenient after long flight. Additionally the place is filthy!!! as I walked in I encountered roaches, the linen on the bed is only a sheet and another to cover yourself and they are super dirty. The furniture you don't want to use with stains of food, the towels are dirty, the chairs broke...

"O apartamento embora bem estruturado e situado em um condomínio excelente, não comporta 4 pessoas como o que foi contratado. Não um sofá-cama como informado, apenas um futon com 3 cm de altura, aproximadamente. Meus filhos dormiram literalmente no chão. Outro ponto foi em relação ao estacionamento, não estava autorizado e parei o carro na rua. Entrei em contato com a propriedade, porém não obtive resposta."
