Find All-inclusive Hotel in Laganas

"So, where do I start...I hesitantly booked this place just hours in advance because of a flight issue, and was wondering why in the world an all-inclusive hotel had rooms available in late July without issue. So, we arrive, a shuttle was listed to be included, we called and they repeatedly told us no then just hung up. Took a taxi to a dirty, sketchy area of the island late at night. This "all inclusive" hotel includes nothing-not even what's listed as free like wifi and A/C. It's "free" watered...

"The hotel has a good location. It's nice small hotel with good food, but the drinks are weak and coffee machine works weird way making long coffee to 1/3 of the cup. Staff is nice and friendly. Pool clean, WiFi worked good. I would advise to book hotel transfer in advance as 7km from the airport the taxi costs 21-23Euro...that's much too much. "

"One day there was no water at all for hours meaning no shower, bathroom tap, and the toilet would not flush!!! Disgusting to leave guests with no water. The surrounding hotels had water so not sure what went wrong. On the second day the maid took the towels and didn't replace them so I didn't have any clean towels in the room and there was nobody at reception to speak to. The air-con didn't stay on meaning the room would stay hot for hours until it decided to come back on. The fluffy...

"Where do i start food was like someone had been sick in trays and only thing u could attempt to eat was spaghetti Bolognese for lunch and dinner every single day. Our room was hid behind the back when we asked someone who worked there where it was he said "i dont think we have a 706". The cleaners emptied our toilet paper bin twice in 7 days and only cleaned our room once. Air conditioning was classed as a added extra having to pay for it. And when you book in the hotel take your passports away...
