Hailey is a great host and we have enjoyed staying at her property a few times. The location is central to Old Town Lafayette and walkable to shops and restaurants. It's close to an RTD bus park-n-ride for local transportation needs.

This little house was perfect for my spouse and I for our 5 night stay. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood, comfy bed with cotton sheets, clean house! The 2 window air conditioners kept the house comfy when it got hot out. The restaurant next door has great breakfast which was super convenient too! No complaints about our stay! Oh and there was a very cute bunny who hung out in the backyard.

We stayed here because of its vicinity to CU Boulder. It was an easy drive to spend time with our student and attend the graduation ceremonies. We also appreciated that it was a short walk to many wonderful restaurants. The home was comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped, so if someone wanted to prepare meals on site they could easily do so.

Hailey was so helpful when we had to make changes to our trip and had great communication. The home was very comfortable, clean and warm, which was very helpful since the trip was in January. It was convenient to attractions and I would certainly recommend staying there.

Great location and it was nice to have parking on site too! The biggest cons - 1) the house smelled like cigarettes - even airing the house out didn’t help 2) when it was getting hot outside the air couldn’t keep up with the temperatures so the house was getting pretty warm Other than that, we had a great time!

We always enjoy staying at The Cannon House. It’s always clean and inviting. The kitchen has everything you need to fix whatever you want. It is also close to the main street where there are numerous restaurants and shops.

Beautiful oasis with a small town feel.

Beautiful and quiet spot with plenty of amenities. Its just a walk to great restaurants and gift shops. Property owner was attentive and responded quickly to any questions. Hose was clean and efficient!Great place!

A great little house

This old home has been renovated in all the important ways to make for a perfect stay. The host was great and access (parking and keyless entry) was easy. The close access to shopping was nice, although the restaurant next door was a bit noisy early in the morning. Definitely recommend.

This was a cute house right off the main street in Lafayette. Highly walkable and great in the summer when there are art festivals and farmers markets on the weekend along with a wide assortment of restaurants and shops. Our 4 year old enjoyed how close we were to splash-pad (less than a block away), a large outdoor city pool (5 minute drive), and the mountains (20 minutes). My wife and I appreciated the central location between Denver and Boulder, both felt easily reachable by car. A short jog or bike ride and you could find yourself on a number of different trails (paved and gravel), so be sure to bring your bike and/or running shoes! Groceries were a quick 5-minute drive as well and an equipped kitchen made things more affordable for our longer stay.
