Take your car, or travel by the four seater, gas golf cart to get the full lifestyle experience the Villages has to offer!



Guest Access:

Guest will have full access to the home and have the ability to receive LifestyleID Passes from the Villages for $50 to enjoy all the Villages has to offer including, but not limited to pools, golf access and much more.



The Neighborhood:

The Village of Rio Ponderosa is in-between 441 and 466, just under 2 miles away from the Spanish Springs Town Square.



Getting Around:

A four seater, gas golf cart makes getting around the Villages an enjoyable experience.

Renting for 2 days at The villages

We had planned on staying for 2 days. When we walked into the home it smelled musty. Inspecting the house. We noticed a few things- stains on the chairs, dead bugs inside the overhead light fixtures, stains on the carpets in the bedrooms. I've rented before and I've had wonderful luck with most rentals that we've been at. Unfortunately with this situation, we chose to leave the rental property early. Contacted the property owner in regards to the situation. Sent pictures over to show what we had found in the rental property. The property was left as we had found it and he had returned only the per night house charge and no other fees which was only 1/4 of my monies. Yes, we did leave on the fact of these issues but I would have expected more refund. Them's the breaks....

Great Stay!

We had everything needed for our stay. The house is very clean, well supplied for an eight day stay. The front screened in porch served us well each morning while enjoying morning coffee, the showers were very clean and water pressure was perfect. The king size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Dan the owner was the best part of our stay, he responded to all of our questions quickly, especially during our stay. We would stay here again if we are ever back in the villages. Thanks Dan!

Fantastic Stay!!!!

My husband and I were very pleased with the house. VERY, VERY CLEAN! Very comfortable, enough blankets, towels, kitchen supplies, etc. the golf cart was so much fun and exciting! Will stay here again!! Thank you Dan for always staying in communication with us!!!!

The property was clean and spacious. Great split floor plan for privacy when traveling with others. The property manager was very easy to reach and answered all of our questions quickly. I would definitely stay at this property again and would highly recommend for those going down to look around The Villages for homes.

Just as advertised !

Our family found this home just as described and picturedin its rental listing. It had a comfortable living room, kitchen, bedrooms, etc. Compared to other areas at The Villages, this home is situated in an area that is filled with beautiful old trees, greenery and flowering bushes. Yes, even in the dead heat of August, it was a beautiful location. The home was clean and the floorplan was perfect for us. We hope to stay here again when we visit again. We thank Dan for communicating with us throughout our stay.

Perfect Fit

The property was perfect for our stay. Very clean and many amenities to make for a pleasant stay. The community was well taken care. The property owner stayed in contact and was accommodating for our needs. The location was near many of the villages activities and entertainment. A great location to stay and I would recommend it and return in the future if I visit the villages.
