    Enjoy this 2 bedroom, 2 bath home located less than 2 miles away from Spanish Springs Square and Lake Sumter Landing.



    Take your car, or travel by the four seater, gas golf cart to get the full lifestyle experience the Villages has to offer!



    Guest Access:

    Guest will have full access to the home and have the ability to receive LifestyleID Passes from the Villages for $50 to enjoy all the Villages has to offer including, but not limited to pools, golf access and much more.



    The Neighborhood:

    The Village of Rio Ponderosa is in-between 441 and 466, just under 2 miles away from the Spanish Springs Town Square.



    Getting Around:

    A four seater, gas golf cart makes getting around the Villages an enjoyable experience.



    Interaction with Guests:

    I will be available during your stay via the AirBnb platform to help you if necessary or to answer any questions you may have.

Dan was very responsive to our questions before hand making check in very easy. House was very clean and suited our needs comfortably. We were sad to leave and hope to come back soon

This is our 8th spring in The Villages. We’ve stayed in a different village each time. The owner was very easy to reach and helped us out with getting our passes. But sorry to say the property is very old and the most expensive we’ve stayed at , no outside furniture, old couch and loveseat, broken tile. However the golf cart was great and the place was very clean.

Great place to stay

Nice accommodations in an area convenient to Spanish Springs square. Having the golf cart was a great addition and made our stay more enjoyable. Communication with owner was excellent.

Fun time! Accommodations were great. Close to market squares and pools. Beds were comfortable and house was fully stocked with everything you need.

Nice Stay

We enjoyed our stay in this house. The house was in a great location, clean and well stocked. It was not perfect, but overall, I would recommend. Golf cart was certainly a plus.

Perfect Fit

The property was perfect for our stay. Very clean and many amenities to make for a pleasant stay. The community was well taken care. The property owner stayed in contact and was accommodating for our needs. The location was near many of the villages activities and entertainment. A great location to stay and I would recommend it and return in the future if I visit the villages.

Perfect Location

Went on vacation to see if we would like to move to The Villages when we retire! We loved it! Definitely will be going back. This home gives you the perfect location to experience it all. Loved the use of the golf cart!

The property was clean and spacious. Great split floor plan for privacy when traveling with others. The property manager was very easy to reach and answered all of our questions quickly. I would definitely stay at this property again and would highly recommend for those going down to look around The Villages for homes.

Dan was available for any questions we had. Property was very clean & well stocked with kitchen supplies including cleaning items. Golf cart was a great way to get around the Villages.
