Welcome to your lakeside escape! Nestled perfectly between Paugus Bay on Winnipesaukee and Opechee Lake, you're just a short ride to many local attractions including Meredith Bay and Gunstock. Irwin Marine boats is just around the corner as well as Laconia Country Club. This bright 3-bed, 2-bath ranch is made for easy living, cozy nights, and good company. Close to Laconia Opera House and Lakeport!

Inside, the open layout invites everyone to gather — a sunny living room, a fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar, and a dining area that opens right onto the patio. Three spacious bedrooms (including a private primary suite) make it perfect for families or friends traveling together.

Step outside to your backyard oasis — soak in the hot tub, toast s’mores by the firepit, or relax on the two decks surrounded by trees and fresh New Hampshire air. There’s plenty of parking, plus a big yard for games or lounging.

Located minutes from Lake Winnisquam, Lake Winnipesaukee, Lake Opechee, Weirs Beach, Gunstock Mountain, and Laconia Country Club, you’ll be close to boating, swimming, skiing, shopping, and dining — then come home to unwind under the stars.

We had such a great stay! The house was clean, comfy, and cozy. exactly what we were hoping for. We loved relaxing by the firepit and taking in the beautiful foliage from the deck. It was the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway, and we’d definitely stay again!
