「Cute room excellent decor, good communication with host, however, I did not learn that the Ac wasn’t working until my arrival, but the host was quick to refund me, however, the weather had turned cool and the windows were open, so it was okay…. Until the next morning when temps dropped to 40’s and there was no heat either. I had to answer work emails from under blankets bowing on my cold finger to not go numb. But that was my choice to stay, again the host were willing to refund. But I was there...

「HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! These are only a few of the issues: Room and entire floor smelled like a mix of urine and cigarette smoke which made my allergies even worse. Window shade would not roll up. Only had two working light bulbs in bathroom. The bathroom was filthy including floors, tub, shower head, hair dryer. The entire place just felt dirty. My husband stood up watching the very outdated TV—would not sit on couch and only got in the bed when he was about to fall asleep. Booked 2 nights...

「I didn’t know where exactly the place was? It was dark. I didn’t expect to be on a gravel, so I was a little worried. The host was great. She continued to guide me to the cottage. Now I pick at myself for being bougie and when saw the place. I was IN the Bayou! The place was cute. Loved it!!! Peaceful wish I could’ve stayed longer. Will be back!!」

「Check in was quick. The room was loud because of the people across the hall which kept waking me up during the night. Not good because I had a long day ahead. No restaurant on site. Staff were friendly but not professional looking. The property is in bad shape inside and furniture is worn out. 」

「Everything was excellent, the room was clean, the food and staff at breakfast in the morning was lovely and the atmosphere in the hotel is so welcoming. There was on front desk person who wasn't particularly friendly and didn't even look at me when I was asking for some information. That hasn't been my experience in the past when I've stayed there.」

「I was freezing the entire time. The thermostat was blocked and said use the other one which was also blocked. Ridiculous !」

「It was great. Extremely easy process. No unreasonable instructions. If I had to have a complaint, it'd be that we booked at a time when there were no fruit on the misbelief/loquat trees. But that's something we can remedy by booking again later this year.」

「チェックインの時、フロントデスクに誰もおらず。しばらく待たされました。担当者は外で喫煙中でした。 戻って来た時は無愛想な態度。 2/16 朝食の担当だった女性は ステキな笑顔で親切でした。 部屋は清潔、快適に過ごせましたが バスタブの排水がとっても遅い‼️ 詰まり気味です。 でも、機会があれば また利用すると思います( ◠‿◠ )」
