– to the town centre and shops (bakery, butcher, market, etc.) at 600 m;
– to the lake beach and water activities (wakeboarding, kitesurfing, pedal boats) at 400 m;
– to the ocean 12 km away.

The 110m² house is composed of 3 bedrooms with cupboards:
– a bedroom with a 160 bed;
– a bedroom with a 140 bed with desk;
– a bedroom with 1 bed of 140 (possibility of a baby cot).
