The situation allows one to enjoy a peaceful environment while remaining close to the main points of interest, with the lake accessible at approximately 800 metres, the ocean at 6 km and shops at 6 km.



From the entrance, storage cupboards facilitate the organisation of the living area. The living room is friendly and bright, equipped with a corner sofa, a coffee table, a television, as well as a table and chairs for meals. The kitchen, modern and functional, has a sink, a central island with stools, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer, induction hobs, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, storage cupboards, as well as crockery and kitchen utensils. The living area and kitchen give direct access to a large terrace of approximately 36 m², ideal for convivial moments.



At the main level, two parental suites are available. The first bedroom has a double bed of 160 cm, wardrobes, and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a double sink, with direct access to the terrace. The second suite includes a double bed of 160 cm, a wardrobe, and a bathroom with a shower and washbasin. Independent toilets complete this level.

A large cellar is equipped with a washing machine and an additional refrigerator. Outside, the enclosed garden has a covered terrace, offering a pleasant space to relax. Amenities are included free of charge, such as wifi, a baby bed, a booster seat, and a ping-pong table.



This villa is perfectly suited to accommodate large families, parents, children and grandparents, but, due to its calm and residential environment, it is not intended to host groups of young people. Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the holiday rental and can be offered as an option, with rates available upon request from the Bru et Fils Immobilier Agency. This accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
