The living and dining area is a welcoming central space featuring a panoramic window, a dining table, and a flat-screen satellite TV, with direct access to the covered terrace. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private bathroom equipped with a double hand-basin. The remaining 2 bedrooms are each fitted with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and both rooms offer direct access to the terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped and arranged with a bar area, while the property also includes a shower room and 2 separate WCs. A box-room provides additional practical storage space.
