"1. Outlets on walls are loose, so power cords do not stay in.
2. Phone was missing receiver, had to go down to front desk to get them to schedule someone to fix.
3. Carpet in hallways and room smell. Suspect a better cleaning product should be utilized.
4. Bed is very hard.
5. Provide enough pillows and blankets without having to go back down to front desk to ask for them."

"It’s not my first time staying at a comfort suite. I was just disappointed on how run down this one is. The tubs looked dirty. My sister in laws room smelt like mold.
On a positive note the staff was great. They were nice and fantastic.
For a short stay it worked. But any longer this wouldn’t be a first choice. "
