"The property is great: beautiful villas, private beach, adults and kiddy pools, motorized and non- motorized water sports options, free entertainments during the day and night or you can choose excursions for extra charge ( we chose jamming sail tour which was a really fun way to see the island). The staff is very friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Kids club is just amazing- they have daily programs and you will know in advance what kids will do. Kids clubs staff is great - a special thank you to Christiann. My little one didn’t want to leave at the end of the day! Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Lunch and dinner are average and very expensive if you do not have all-inclusive. Their spa is amazing - it has endless options for relaxation. The property is far from the airport - be prepared for windy roads if you choose land transportation. Overall, my family and I enjoy our stay. The only issue we experienced was the check in. The check in time is at 3 pm but we did not get into our villa until after 5 pm. We were offered lunch on the house for inconvenience which was great but they need to make check in process more efficient."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The breakfast was a highlight—everything was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety. Plus, you can’t beat the location! "This property was NOT as described. "...modern luxury villa..." And "It has every creature comforts..." Were not accurate at all.We were a couple who stayed for 5 weeks.PROS: Great view and deck. Pool was nice to have. Beds were comfortable - pillows not so much. Quiet area - except for the dogs barking at all times of the day and night. The host was responsive to the several issues we had but never once apologised for the problems we endured.CONS: We had several friends staying in the area - all at different price points - we were higher middle for price. They ALL had a hairdryer, coffee maker, microwave, blender, vacuum, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, working smoke alarm, oven gloves - pot holders, usable bbq's, kitchen supplies such as baking trays, measuring cups, larger bowls - salad bowls, wisks etc. This property had none of the above?! The BBQ was on 3 legs (one having rotted) and was full of garbage that I couldn't clean out because the tray to pull it out was rotted - really unimpressed with the state of it. There was no "dryer" other than an air dryer - which we were fine with - but we had no clothes pegs so our clothes blew all over the deck if we put them outside to dry. 3 bedroom house and we were only supplied 4 towels? No pool towels although there is a pool? There were a lot of other issues with the property but we will leave those alone. Suffice it to say, we would not return to this property."

"The property offers an amazing view! The living space is clean, the pool was exactly as described and the host is extremely responsive. The property manager is incredibly polite, pleasant and helpful. Cons: The road to get to the property is poorly maintained. Visitors definitely need a 4 wheel drive to get up and down the hill. The owners cat lives on the property and while quite friendly, the cat sits on all the outside furniture including the counter of the bar; often entering the house. We could not enjoy lounging by the pool as the chairs were covered in cat hair. There are dogs who frequent the property, entering the house if doors are left open and "stealing" shoes left outside. "

"You will not find a more incredible property! The views are unmatched, the pool is stunning and the hot tub is an amazing place to watch the stars. The open air house transports you, while the comfortable and climate controlled bedrooms with private baths provide privacy and quiet. The rooms are well appointed and equipped with their own incredible views. Too many places to enjoy your coffee, cocktails and vistas to count!Our trip was made truly exceptional by the kind, friendly and extraordinarily attentive staff. From Sherma who made sure our transport, excursions and entire experience was flawless. To Lucius who ensured everything onsite was perfect, gave us ideas of local things to do and even gave us a personal tour of the beach down the hill. To Catherine and Sharon who guaranteed the house was tip top and made us incredible meals, while we watched the mountains and waves. They made us feel truly at home. Our family can’t wait to go back!
