Die Bezeichnung „Kapitänshaus“ ist ein Etikettenschwindel: Es sind zwei kleine, miteinander verbundene Anbauten. Sie sind ordentlich von einem Heimwerker ausgebaut worden. Aber vier der sechs Betten sind so knapp unter den Dächern, dass man nicht aufrecht neben dem Bett stehen kann - nichts für Menschen mit Platzangst. Die beiden anderen Betten sind Schlafcouchen im Wohnraum. Alles ist ohne Türen und ohne Intimsphäre miteinander verbunden. Das Bad ist schön und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt: Unter Kapitänshaus stellt man sich etwas anderes vor.
