The kitchen and barbecue are perfect for outdoor dining. The neighbour has a right of way via the driveway outside that only allows access to his flat and the use of his garage, which is attached to the house
With its warm atmosphere, picturesque surroundings and proximity to the best natural and heritage sites in the Ardèche, this spacious house is the ideal base for an unforgettable holiday. Labeaume is a picturesque village with narrow streets, old stone houses and a beach on the river. Within walking distance you will find restaurants, pizzerias, ice-cream parlours and shops (including a grocery shop selling fresh bread in season). Supermarket 10 minutes away by car. Come and enjoy the panoramic views, nature and sports activities and discover the local culture (museums, caves, Labeaume music festival, etc.).
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
