A/C was not working in one part of the home and within a couple of hours she had someone out to fix it. We had 30 adults and children and there was plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. Pool table was a hit with the kids and adults. We had 11 vehicles plenty of parking spaces available. The only thing we missed was an outdoor area...

The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for our family. The ONLY complaint I have is that the kitchen didn't have much by way of cooking for 12 people. There was one spatchula, one ladle type spoon, no knives for cutting meat, no cutting boards or colander, there was one small casserole dish and no utensils for cooking on the grill. I...
