「There are actually 2 units there. That was not clear to us. Thus there is only parking for one in the driveway and one unit has to park in the lawn. Living room tv did not operate with given password. Bedroom tv did not require password. Overall good value for money and many new amenities. Neighborhood was fairly quiet.」

「We like staying in the San Carlos neighborhood of Ft. Myers. For the area, the apartment is a great location and price. It’s comfortable with plenty of amenities. Having breakfast and cocktails on the lanai was delightful. The apartment is exactly as pictured and although it could use some upgrades, it was still comfortable. Be aware that the apartment is near the approach pattern for the airport but most aircraft activity occurs during the day. It never bothered us.」
