「This place is amazing! We are so happy we stayed in this place. The staff are so nice ( especially Opal), the rooms/apartment is so clean and spacious and the location of the hotel is perfect! I would recommend this place to everyone going to Baguio. 」

「We came and they did not accommodate us. The caretaker and the owner’s son plus another lady who lives there all said that they have withdrawn this property at VRBO. I showed my confirmed reservation but they all said to take it up with VRBO. We panicked and looked for another place at Expedia for the same dates Jan 1-3. What is going on? I couldn’t file a complaint that night because the new place I got had no WiFi service. At least we got a place to stay last minute during peak season.」
