This house, just 250m from the beach, is the ideal place for a family or friends' holiday where you can recharge and relax. Its garden invites you to stay. Start your day on the terrace with a good coffee for breakfast or begin your evening enjoying summer barbecues and salads. From this lovely house, you can walk, swim, tan, surf, eat an ice cream, have a meal and enjoy good seafood, or take your bike and discover the beautiful pine forests of La Tranche-sur-Mer.



This recent 100 m² construction is very bright, the living area has three large bay windows that overlook the garden and give it a peaceful atmosphere. One wants to sit around good slow-cooked dishes or settle into the large sofa to read or watch television. As for its kitchen, it is very well equipped, with induction hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle, you can prepare your specialities with maximum ease. At bedtime, you can rest in the two beautiful bedrooms of the house and in the living room: the main bedroom offers a view of the outside, it has a large wardrobe and a sofa bed where children can rest, the second is a cosy cocoon for a peaceful night and in the living room, you can lie down on the sofa bed after watching a good film on TV.

For maximum convenience, you will also find a barbecue, a plancha, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a high chair, a travel cot, an outdoor solar shower and a parking space.
