The interior of the house has been designed to make the most of this exceptional view. Large bay windows flood the living spaces with natural light, creating a soothing and immersive atmosphere. Imagine relaxing in the living room, contemplating the changing spectacle of nature throughout the day, or enjoying an al fresco meal on the terrace while admiring the breathtaking panorama.
The house includes a master suite with a large wardrobe, en-suite shower room and WC, equipped with a 160 cm double bed for peaceful nights. A second bedroom with three single 90cm beds and its own shower room and WC is ideal for children or friends (cabin room = no window but you can leave the door open). Air-conditioned lounge.
Finally, a third bedroom has a 160 cm double bed for added privacy.
You'll love the bright and spacious living area, with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a cosy lounge with a central fireplace and a welcoming dining room. There's also a large-screen TV to keep you entertained.
For added convenience, there is a laundry room and a garage used as storage. There is also a large garden with trees, a south-east-facing terrace, a griddle and a garden shed for relaxing in the fresh air. Air conditioning is available in the common area (not the bedrooms) to ensure your comfort whatever the weather, and fibre connection is available for your digital needs.
Please note that although our house is divided into two separate units, we would like to stress the importance of respecting the peace and quiet of other tenants who may be renting the upper part of the house. Please be discreet and limit. You have access to the left-hand side of the house below, offering a private and comfortable space for your stay. It is important to understand, however, that the upper part of this house is also for rent, which means that you will have neighbours above who overlook the garden behind the house.

Our privileged location in a residential area planted with trees offers a real seaside getaway. You can reach the Arbousiers beach in just 25 minutes on foot, 10 minutes by bike or 4 minutes by car.
All the shops and the church are within walking distance, and the beaches of Pereire and Moulleau are 1.4 and 1.6 km respectively, the golf course 1.3 km and Arcachon town centre just 1.2 km away.
