    BIKES (mountain bike and "city" bike) AVAILABLE GRACIOUSLY (adult size).

    Possibility to put at your disposal for baby on request; bed, high chair, bathtub ... and protective barrier to secure the stairs.

    For your comfort we offer the following options:

Perfect house in a great location

From the approach to the property, we felt we had made a great choice. The immediate area is perfect as a base. Close restaurants (Cap Au Large, Les richesses d’arguin and Le chef est une femme 33 - were excellent). Also a very easy and quick walk to the harbour and beach at Hume (Limon great for a small bite/drink). The house was so comfortable and spacious for 6 adults (3 couples). The kitchen was very well appointed and allowed us to cater for us all easily. Evelyn was lovely and friendly and we overcame our poor French with a little help from Google and some miming. Serge and Nathalie were also very approachable and answered the few queries we had immediately. The only Downside is we had to come home as we feel we did not get to see enough of this beautiful region. We did get to see Bordeaux, Dune du Pliat, Biaritz, Cap Feret - but there is so much more to explore. We hope to return and continue the exploration of La Test and Archachon!

Perfect!

What a fantastic house in a great location! We loved everything. The surrounded garden, it's ideal for small children. The decks where you can sit at every time of the day. The cleanliness, the air-conditioning in every bedroom, the kitchen and equipment. The very nice welcome by Evelyne. There is so much to do in the area, a one week-stay is not long enough!

Superbe séjour !Tout était parfait, les échanges avec les propriétaires durant toute la procédure de location. Nous avons été accueilli par la très charmante Evelyne, qui nous a donné des supers adresses pour sortir et faire la fête mais aussi pour se restaurer chez des locaux. Evelyne est parfaite et hyper accueillante !La région que nous connaissons très bien nous a encore révélé ses plus beaux atouts.Sans hésitation, je vous invite à louer cette magnifique maison individuelle qui a été pour notre famille un vrai havre de paix…Nous y reviendrons très rapidement.

Charmante location

Location bien équipée, confortable et très bien placée pour visiter la région. La gare à 2 mn à pied est un vrai atout pour aller sur Bordeaux sans stress. Les propriétaires répondent rapidement à nos questions. Merci à Evelyne pour son accueil et ses conseils. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Maison agréable

Tout est proche. La proximité de la gare n'est gênante, au contraire c'est un atout pour se déplacer dans la région pour aller à arcachon ou même pour visiter bordeaux sans avoir à prendre sa voiture

Perfekte Lage für eine Auszeit am Bassin

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, trotz Nähe zum Bahnhof. Die Ausstattung und der Comfort waren super. Wir sind mit 3 Kindern (2,10,11) für eine Woche vor Ort gewesen. Arcachon ist 7min mit dem Zug entfernt, die Düne 20min mit dem Auto. Das Bassin erreicht man fussläufig, ca 1km. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Super accueil par Evelyne et maison très agréable et plutôt bien placée. Seul bémol, le tarif des draps et serviettes qui est exagéré ainsi que le ménage obligatoire à 85€ en liquide !

Innen nett, sehr gepflegt. Lage und Grundstück nicht gut.

Schönes gepflegtes Haus. Außenanlage und Lage sind nicht optimal und könnte etwas schöner sein. Check in war etwas problematisch da die Hausverwaltung leider kein Englisch spricht.

Wunderbar für Familien geeignet

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da, was man brauchte. Es war sauber und gut klimatisiert. Wirklich schön. Die nähere Umgebung bat auch viel für Kinder. Den schönsten Zoo, den wir jeh gesehen haben, zwei Erlebnisparks und einen Aquapark. Von La-Teste-de-Buch konnte man viele Ausflugsziele gut erreichen: La Dûne-Pilat, Cap-Ferret, Arcachon, Biaritz etc. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
