「分譲集合住宅の一区画を改装し、B&Bにしたようです。古い建物ですが、区 入れば素晴らしく綺麗です。建物の入り口、区画の入り口、部屋の入り口と３段階の施錠があるので、スタッフ常駐ではないですが、セキュリティは良いのではないかと思います。 １１：３０頃に到着予定の旨、事前連絡をしていましたが、電車が遅れて、レセプション担当のスタッフが居る１２：３０までに到着できなってしまいました。電話でその旨伝えたところ、ルームキーパーが荷物を預かってくれるよう手配してくれました。こちらがちゃんと対応すれば、融通を利かしてくれるようです。 朝食に関しては、パンとコーヒーのみ。私はこれで済ませましたが、プラス€５で他にも付くようです。 ホテルと違い、いろいろルールや制約があります。旅慣れた方にはお勧めですが、至れり尽くせりをご希望の方や英語が苦手な方には向いていないと思います。」

「The hotel was clean, contactless check in was easy, the place is conveniently located close to La Spezia Centrale. The host even provided great restaurant recommendations! Will be staying here again if I ever return to visit Cinque Terre. Thank you!」

「Celsi es una mujer encantadora, nos hizo sentir como en casa. El desayuno fue mejor que perfecto, croissant, magdalenas, tostadas, nutella, mermelada, zumo de frutas, y capuccino. Nos lo preparó y nos lo sirvió en la terraza, un 10. La cama comodísima, habitación enorme, servicio ultralimpio... Todo de 10/10. Compramos una pizza y nos la calentó en el horno. Trato formidable.」

「Chambre confortable et en parfait état avec très jolie salle de bain neuve attenante dans appartement entièrement refait à neuf. Très excentré dans quartier calme mais rien au tour. Bus proche sinon 35 /40 mn au soleil pour atteindre le bateau ou le train pour les Cinque Terre. L'hôtesse est gentille mais ne parle qu’italien donc difficile de communiquer et au moment de payer elle n’accepte que le liquide alors qu’il est marqué sur la réservation « prélevé par l’hôtel ». 「Not the simplest place to find a good 10 min walk from station. A number of steps to climb to reach entrance of hotel then stairs to climb inside. No lift. 4 rooms available and no reception desk. Access key in a box with a code at front entrance. Code emailed out in advance. Okay doesn't seem real inviting so far and a 5 min walk to any restaurants. 「We had some difficulty opening the door initially but the staff came very fast to help us with it, which we greatly appreciated. We mainly communicated to them via Whatsapp. The room is very luxurious, big and modern and clean. The amount of amenities provided is insane. They even have a dishwasher in the room! The wifi was also strong which is a win. One downside is that there is no lift. You have to climb up a flight of stairs with your luggages to reach the apartment.」

「This is a very unique and once in a lifetime place to stay. It is a 10-15 minute walk along the cliffs above the sea to reach the historic cottage. It is definitely a bit rustic, but an authentic experience. We visited the towns of Cinque Terre which were very touristy and it was a relief to return to this isolated location with amazing views. 「Renata was a wonderful host. She went above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable one. Her home is lovely with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and more than enough space for the 3 of us. The garden was beautiful and a nice place to enjoy the lovely weather we had during our visit. She picked us up at the station so we didn’t have to carry our luggage, had all sorts of recommendations and made reservations for us for dinner.
