    Set on a 7,000 m² plot with stunning mountain views, the property features a private pool and generous indoor and outdoor spaces spread over three floors. It’s ideal for stays year-round.



    The area offers plenty of activities: hiking and mountain biking trails in the Sierra de Gredos Regional Park, natural pools and crystal-clear rivers, wildlife watching—spot vultures, deer, and mountain goats—and trips to the medieval city of Ávila, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
