「We very much enjoyed our stay at the château. The home and surroundings were just what we needed after making our daytrips into Paris and other surrounding areas. The caretaker, Jerome, was very helpful and the owners were very responsive to questions and requests. The home has everything you need to make your stay a memorable one. Our only recommendation would be to have the Teflon pots & pans replaced with stainless or cast iron, as they are quite scratched. But that was such a small thing...

「There were eight adult family members on vacation. The property is absolutely amazing. The house was very comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The grounds are meticulously maintained and the only sounds you hear are the sheep in the dry moat and the birds that inhabit the property. Though there is no air conditioning in the home, the temperatures were very manageable with the windows open. Chartres is a charming town, away from the hustle and bustle of Paris....
