The hosts live on-site but not in the booked property. The host family consists of ski instructors, with Leon having worked 27 years as a trainer and later with the local ski school. Their son-in-law and nephew also work at the same ski school and are happy to provide information or ski lessons. Shops and activities are located 300 meters away, including climbing, kayaking, pools, horseback riding, tennis, and cinema. Summer activities include mountain bike trails, recreational baths at Monetier-les-Bains 8 kilometers away, stream fishing, and exploring Savine Lake and Serre-Poncon dam 1 hour away. The animal park and hiking trails start directly from the property. Italy is 30 minutes away, Turin 1 hour, and Briancon with its old town are easily accessible. An adventure park is 1 kilometer away, Pontillas Lake 1 kilometer, and La Grave cable car 15 kilometers away.
