「Staff very attentive… private beach was the best!!! Still under construction but it was a good stay. The bathrooms are a bit outdated and smell a bit bc it’s old, but it was manageable. Would definitely go again. 」

「We had an amazing time. We loved our room and the service throughout the hotel was phenomenal!!!! Best we ever had. In particular, we would like to recognize Jorge Quezada from The Pescador restaurant, and Ernesto from the Pescador bar, for their hard work in providing amazing service. We stayed for a week and got tired of our food options though Changing the menus up more would be helpful. Also, a little more adult entertainment please. We loved the casino night. Overall it was great.」

「En general es uno de los hoteles mejores de Acapulco. Cuenta con habitaciones limpias y cómodas y amplias. El restaurante con vista al mar en frente y me gustó el desayuno. Recomiendo las habitaciones mirando al este. De allá se puede mirar la playas y mar solamente. Las habitaciones oeste, es un poco ruidoso con el tráfico y las discotecas y bares durante la noche. 」

「Fuimos de vacaciones unos días durante Semana Santa. En total éramos 16 de familia y el espacio fue cómodo. No la pasamos súper bien. El penthouse está muy grande y limpio. Hay mucha seguridad y están muy organizados en la Isla Residences. Contratamos a Rosario para que nos cocinara durante nuestra estancia y cocina muy rico. Ella y sus hijas son muy amables y respetuosas. Regresaremos pronto.」

「La propiedad es excelente, pero no hay opciones cercanas para comer. Sólo un Oxxo. La Plaza La Isla tiene los restaurantes cerrados. Aún no hay mucho movimiento.」
