"Beautiful Property, Not a True Luxury Experience At $1,500+ per night, the expectation is a seamless luxury experience. Casa de Campo is visually beautiful, but service and value did not match the price. Check-in required a 25+ minute wait for a “concierge check-in”, while 2 front desk agents remained unoccupied, yet there was no meaningful property overview or proactive assistance. The room was standard at best and consistently humid. We had booked expecting a hot tub, but only select rooms in another section section of the resort have them. Even after a partial adjustment through Expedia, the value was not there. The main pool shows visible wear, and overall upkeep does not reflect a luxury rate. Concierge service lacked initiative. When restaurants were full, we had to prompt alternatives. There was also confusion about what our stay included, despite the high rate, it covered no meals or experiences, only the room and a golf cart. Dining was good overall. Breakfast at Lago stood out thanks to Jael, who delivered the only truly five-star service we experienced. The property and golf course are beautiful, but service precision, clarity, and overall value fall short of true luxury standards. "

"Cannot say enough great things about this villa! It is even more beautiful in person than in pictures. The staff (Nancy and Kika) are incredible and Jeannette made the whole process seamless by ordering groceries to the house, arranging airport transfers and booking restaurant reservations. My family of 8 had the most wonderful vacation and we will absolutely be returning to this villa. Thank you Jeannette!"

"The hosts were wonderful. The house is perfect and so comfortable and immaculate. We loved the location - both being on the river and near to the Marina. Junior the butler, Charlie the chef, and the rest of the staff were warm, kind and excellent. We definitely plan on returning and next time we will eat even more of our meals at the house. This was the best vrbo we have ever found anywhere. "

"Eduardo the host was super communicative leading up to and during our stay. He helped arrange many add-ons to our stay that made it special - having groceries stocked at the villa when we arrived, a golf cart charged and ready to drive around the gorgeous resort community, etc. He was accommodating with an itinerary adjustment the month of as well. The staff at the house were very attentive to me and my family, making delicious breakfast each morning with a different fruit smoothie and pancakes for our kids. Lunch was ready for us when we arrived home from the beach. The house was super spacious with plenty of room to gather, kids to play, space to get remote work done when needed, etc.The amenities at the house amenities in Casa de Campo were top notch. We would happily stay here again!"
