「Very disappointing – nowhere near four-star standards I was thoroughly unimpressed with my stay at the Best Western Modena Resort. For a hotel claiming to be four-star, the experience was frankly dreadful. The biggest issue was the unbearable room temperature. When I asked for the air conditioning to be switched on, I was simply told, “At this time of year, sir, we don’t put the...

「Pulizia」

「Struttura piacevole in ogni sua componente. Silenziosa, pulita, confortevole.

「Front desk staff (Berneditta) was very kind and helpful. Room perfect and a small breakfast was organized for us graciously.」
