ONE OF A KIND PRIVATE COZY HOME
This darling house has total privacy. Jacuzzi and Pool belong to you. Drive just one mile to Old Town shopping center, 6 restaurants, several bars, shops, gas stations, hardware store. Walking trails are one block away! Pool is not heated.

SPECIAL EVENT IN APRIL -COACHELLA MUSIC FESTIVAL

Also provided: Beach-size towels, regular towels/wash cloths, hairdryers, A large capacity washer and dryer are also accessible during your stay.

The fully equipped Brand New eat-in kitchen with dining area which seats six. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and blender (VitaMix), pots & pans, dishes. If you plan to cook, a full array of spices, plus oils, are supplied to help get you started. Sometimes out depending on the previous people. Outdoor patio with BBQ, table and chairs and chaise lounges, all facing the pool and spa and large lawn. Outdoor lighting of garden and or pool and spa. Pool is not heated.

Gorgeous mountain views. Patio and lawn setting. Walking distance to beautiful mountain hiking trails. Short distance to public golf courses, and close to Indian Wells Tennis. 1 mile to Old Town which features restaurants, wine tasting bar, new Beer tasting, coffee shops, unique shopping, and farmers market. Near specialized markets, health food stores, 35 minutes to Palm Springs. 20 minutes to the famous walk in Palm Desert: El Paseo. 1/2 hour to Whole Foods.

PHOTOGRAPHERS HAVEN: The most prominent feature of the La Quinta area is its Santa Rosa Mountains. The Santa Rosa Mountains (California) are nestled against the golf course and can be seen easily from my La Quinta House!

NATION'S LEADING GOLF DESTINATION: The Robb Report credits La Quinta as the nation's leading golf destination. Among those destinations is the La Quinta Resort and Club, a resort dating to 1926 and famous as the spot in which director Frank Capra penned the screenplay of Lost Horizon.

Dog Policy: Small, hypoallergenic/non-shedding dogs accepted. Pet deposit of $85 for extra cleaning will be collected with the VRBO booking fees. This is a non-refundable pet deposit.

Very comfortable home. Clean and neat. Since I brought two small dogs under ten pounds I covered the furniture with my own sheets. The owner was concerned about dog hair. The backyard is beautiful. A perfect getaway. We had a small issue with the hot tv, but that got sorted out by the end of the first day. Five minutes from a grocery store. Which was handy.

Wonderful staycation

Hubby and I love our stay. Quiet private neighborhood close to Old Town and trails.. An older home but well maintained. Love the covered patio, the pool and spa and surrounding greenery. This is our 3rd time at this property. Will return.

A great spot to relax!

We enjoyed this home. It is older but very clean and organized. The home had everything we needed to cook. We very much enjoyed the spa, pool, hammock and outdoor space provided. This was our first time to the Palm Springs area and we liked it a lot. The home is near lots of restaurants and shopping and a short drive to the zoo, downtown PS and lots of other touristy things.

Relaxed getaway

My husband and I stayed four days at this lovely property. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and great location. The pool and hot tub was a wonderful treat. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook amazing meals for family that came by for dinner. We celebrated two birthdays by having a bbq in the beautiful backyard patio area. We definitely will return for another stay.

We really enjoyed our time at this Vacation rental for 3 nights! The backyard setting was beautiful! &the Neighborhood mostly quiet. It’s close to Downtown La Quinta, Shopping & Hiking trails! The Pool & Spa were very nice & clean!

Quiet and Comfortable Stay

We had an enjoyable three-day "staycation" at this lovely La Quinta Cove home. The check-in process was smooth, and we appreciated the peaceful neighborhood. The pool and yard were particularly nice, and the patio misters added to the comfort. There were plenty of pool towels provided, which was helpful. The location was convenient and close to everything we needed. We would gladly stay here again.

Great spot for visiting La Quinta

We loved the pool and location. The yard felt very private, and the neighborhood was very quiet. We didn't cook there, but the kitchen was well-stocked for those who do. We'd love to visit again.
