    This beautiful La Quinta vacation rental offers privacy, style, and plenty of comfort. Inside, this home features an open great room design with soaring ceilings, tile flooring, a gas fireplace, and a 60' flatscreen TV. The recently updated full kitchen will thrill the chef in your group with stainless steel appliances and abundant countertop prep space, while meals can then be enjoyed indoors at the casual table for five or in the elegant dining area with a table for six. Large glass doors invite you and your guests outside to the immaculate backyard where you'll find a sparkling pool and pool spa for your enjoyment. Additionally, this oasis yard includes a covered and furnished patio with a dining table for eight, lounge chairs, and an outdoor kitchen.

    This La Quinta sanctuary is convenient to many popular Greater Palm Springs Oasis area events including the CareerBuilder Challenge Golf Tournament, the BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament, the various Coachella Valley Music Festivals, and equestrian events at the Empire Polo Club. Plus, if you like to shop or dine out there are an abundance of La Quinta restaurants and shops within a short drive of this home.

Amazing personal getaway

This property was amazing! House was so spacious & clean! And the backyard was like a personal tropical getaway with the private pool & pool toys (we brought some of our own too!). Check-in process was super easy! Would definitely recommend and visit here again! We have 4 kids ages 7 to 14 & everyone had an amazing time!

Beautiful atmosphere and perfect location!, To wake up to the peaceful backyard setting around the pool every day was so relaxing and just what we were looking for. We golfed four days and it was right in the heart of so many amazing golf courses including the La Quinta resort. We were within five minutes of about 20+ restaurants yet the house was nestled in a quiet ,well-kept neighborhood.It was very easy to find and very clean also inside with everything we needed.

Good pool house for a weekend getaway. It can benefit from structural and decorative renovation as the wearaway of years is clearly visible. Kitchen with almost anything you'd need. I wish we'd spent more time in the back yard (desert storm prevented us staying outside).

Visit for Tennis Tournament

Property was represented well. Easy and convient walking distance to Indian Wells Tennis venue. Property manager did not give all digits for lock to enter property but it was resolved quickly. Please list that coffee maker is for ground coffee. Pool and spa worked worked well.

Relaxing Oasis

Home is spacious and well furnished. The kitchen is well equipped. Games and a few books available for leisure time. The backyard is the highlight though. Good size pool, nicely shaded areas, BBQ, plenty of outdoor seating. Outdoor spaces had a layer of sand dust when we arrived because of the winds, but not the property's fault. Convenient late check out available for a reasonable cost. We'll be back!

Nice for Families

Overall it was a good space for families with kids who like to swim. The kitchen (inside and out) was great. I will say communicating with Vacasa (the property manager) was impossible - waiting on hold for up to an hour at times. I understand it was Spring Break but their communication was less than impressive. The house is in a basic neighborhood, lots of stuff nearby - grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

Dirty pool and backyard

Pool was dirty with popsicle sticks and plastic packaging , empty beer cans and cups in pool and in and around backyard . This used to be great and clean properly and we’ve been coming here for few years but NO MORE!! Next year we’re going with another property

Pictures don’t do this home justice!!!

The home is beautiful inside and out. The rooms were a nice size, bathrooms were a bit small, but not a major issue. Pool, jacuzzi and outdoor kitchen were perfect! The owners thought of everything you might need during your stay, including pool maintenance and use of the flotations. I absolutely LOVED the chefs kitchen!! The reason I gave it 4 stars is that there was no bathtub in the master bedroom, the propane ran out, and the hot water didn’t get hot enough. Besides that, I recommend the home for a small family or small group of friends. Easy check in and check out..... This place won’t disappoint!!

Spacious and great location

Home was perfect for 3 couples with plenty of room and a very private feel. Wonderful outdoor area to relax and read. Saltwater pool and spa were great (and worth the added cost to heat for us). The home has a grill but we were concerned to use it since half the knobs looked melted. The main drawbacks were the beds. At least two couples mentioned the noise everytime they moved so the frames may need tightened. At least one bed felt like the box spings was broken. Despite that we managed to sleep fine. Check in and check out were easy. All and all a great house.
