Stunning Home - PGA West Nicklaus Course On 17th Hole
This private and spacious one-level home is in PGA West which is a golfer's dream community (also gated and secured). It has beautiful views of the Santa Rosa Mountains and the Nicklaus golf course.

There is a spacious living room, three bedrooms all with there own ensuite bathroom.
Outdoor features include a heated pool and spa along with plenty of lounge chairs and a patio table with six chairs, built-in fireplace and a gas barbecue.

Beautiful home

First the positives. The home and neighborhood are beautiful. All the beds were comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. We were three couples so we loved the 3 king suites. We also had someone with allergies so we appreciated no pets policy.
